PM commits strengthen bilateral ties between Nepal-Russia

Kathmandu, Feb 27 – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stressed on strengthening bilateral ties between Nepal and the Russian federation.
Talking to a delegation led by Alexander Visokinsi, deputy governor of Ekaterinburg province of Russia at his official residence at Baluwatar in the capital Tuesday, PM Oli stated that the bilateral ties would be more harmonious in the days ahead.
Visokinsi on the occasion urged PM Oli to support the candidacy of his province which is contesting to organize the 2025 world expo. Different stalls having special features of cultural, socio-political and industrial importance will be displayed at the expo.
On the occasion, PM Oli assured to take a decision after the cabinet meeting to be held soon after the expansion of the Cabinet.
Russian Ambassador to Nepal Andrey Sergeevich Budnik on the occasion shared the Russian Prime Minister’s congratulatory message to PM Oli.
