PM sends condolences to New Zealand counterpart on losses of valuable lives in mosque attacks

Kathmandu, March 16 – Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli has sent a message of condolences to Jacinda Ardern, the Prime Minister of New Zealand, on the loss of innocent lives in mass shootings on Friday at mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
In his message, the Prime Minister has strongly condemned the heinous act of terrorism and stated that indiscriminate killing of innocent people is an affront to humanity, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press statement today.
Saying that such brutal and inhuman acts cannot be justified under any circumstances, the Prime Minister has stated that terrorism in any form and manifestation needs to be dealt resolutely.
He further extended deepest condolences and sympathies to the Government and people of New Zealand as well as to the bereaved families of the victims and wished for speedy recovery of those injured.
